At ADHD Mumma, every piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we kindly ask that you carefully check sizing, colours, and product details before purchasing.

We want you to love your order, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help 💛

Return & Refund Requests

Please contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered if:

• your item arrives damaged

• there is a printing fault

• you received the wrong item

• your order arrives with a manufacturing defect

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once your request has been submitted within the required timeframe, our team will review the claim and work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for review and processing.

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be:

• unworn

• unused

• unwashed

• in original condition

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are worn, stained, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.

Change of Mind Returns

As all ADHD Mumma products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selection

• accidental purchases

• designs ordered correctly but no longer wanted

• delays outside of our control

Please double-check sizing and order details before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• socks

• swimwear

• underwear

• face coverings/masks

We also cannot accept returns for:

• sample items

• deliberately damaged items

• claims submitted outside the stated timeframe

Shipping Delays

Production and shipping times may vary during busy periods. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, ADHD Mumma is not responsible for delays caused by:

• postal carriers

• customs

• incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

• unforeseen production or shipping delays

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled while they are still being processed. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible as your item is already being custom made.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Important Notes

Each ADHD Mumma piece is individually produced, meaning slight variations in garment wash, fading, distressing, colour tone, fabric texture, and print placement may naturally occur. These variations are considered part of the unique character of the garment and are not classified as faults.
